Designed to offer reproducible results for adherent cell counting directly in multi-layer vessels, the iLine M microscope integrates built-in functionality to report cell count, cell morphology and cell confluency per layer, in nearly real-time.
The iLine M microscope offers a solution for traditional methods and current devices, being limited by the applied technologies. Holographic images are captured using the highly intuitive OsOne software and according to a user pre-defined path. There is no need for sampling, staining or control vessel preparation.
The label-free and non-invasive microscope is operated in a fully automated mode, making it a time and cost efficient alternative to manual methods. Combining a high precision motorized objective, the features of holography and an autofocus step prior to imaging, results in an unmatched reproducibility among operators. This leads to improve the productivity and greatly increase the knowledge about cell culture processes.
Available in a desktop format, the iLine M microscope has demonstrated high reproducibility in both R&D and production, where it can be integrated into a process control system via a specific link. The microscope comes with a desktop support including a motorized stage for an automated scanning of your different multi-layer vessels.
