Automated Cell Viability Monitoring

After 91 hours of culture in batch process, the viability measured by OsOne is 94.8% for a viable cell density of 11.71 x 10E6 viable cells per mL. Once the computation has been performed by OsOne, each cell is outlined by a red line. Viable cells are marked with a green spot while dead cells are marked by a red spot, even clusters are taken into account. The single parameter histogram located on the bottom left of the picture gives an idea of the spreading of the cell diameter in the culture. User is able to select the parameter to display in this histogram.
